Divided Fed proposes rule to ease capital requirements for big Wall Street banks


So the last safe guards to prevent another 2008 are now being removed? Didn't someone say we couldn't crash because they always put safe guards in place to prevent it from happening again? Social media bulls not knowing any better, as I am reading and seeing are hailing this as extremely bullish, providing it goes through of course.

But the reality is the only reason to do this is if things are already so bad they are past the point of no return anyway. Hence at best its an attempt to buy a little more time but most likely its just another smoke and mirrors act in the "clown show" to try to convince retail to keep buying stocks while they are selling as they "have their backs":
