Well no offense again but with your months/weeks of experience having just moved out of home I am not sure you even know what we are talking about?
You even posted you think TA doesn't work hahaha. So I really can't help you except to say the collapse/crash will be worse than 1987 and 2008 put together (don't misquote me) and housing will as it always does crash alongside markets. That has something to do with what we more experience folks call a "recession".
