@kacy chart and thoughts have provided good information on past events (long Red Bars which turn into a strong Green trend). As I pointed out, this may not signify that it will happen again which I am sure you read in my comments. More interest rate increases leads to greater investment in USD unless you believe this is contrary to all other times this has occurred and are smarter than the markets
