And so housing begins to roll over in the US but far from the fall that's coming. Expect the same thing to begin here shortly. Noting it takes 5- 6 months to feel the full effect of any interest rate rise we are in for a lot of pain over the next 12 months. Note this is why earnings seemed better than expected simply because they are backward looking and the effect of interest rate rises wasn't yet felt. Trade carefully.
