It would be interesting to know how many employees and retirees are trying to switch from ,say, Growth to Defensive in their superannuation fund.
I say 'trying' because I know of one very large fund which is preventing them doing that. Why? Because just last week it went into sort of "statis" until middle of March as it upgrades the system to "improve" customer service.
I imagine they are going to cop a lot of flak from spewing customers.
