Ok, well looks like Evergrande has finally hit the wall taking around $300B with it.
I'm sure the market will shrug it off and keep making ATHs but the rot in Chinas property sector will spill over soon enough.
Evergrande may have been the big dog but it's not a lone wolf.
There's around 50 developers that have defaulted.
Country Garden next on the block???
What instos are actually going to mark the losses on their books or they just gonna shuffle the deck each quarter while they kick the can further down the road?
