Start with original All Ords Base of 500 in 1982 - high in 1987 of 2305. (small tolerances on these numbers as couldnt be bothered squinting).

Gives a range of 1805 - x .618 = 1115

Add 1115 to 2305 high to get the 1.618% extension an voila a high 3420

See it there in 2001/2002? Close enough for government work?
