Perhaps the international community is waiting for Australia to fall over since it didn't during the GFC-Part 2. They are looking at the big drivers of Aus economy China and India, perhaps thinking that it wont be enough to keep Aus afloat in the coming year.

For us to underperform the DOW so much there is something looming that the Government hasn't admitted to or does not realise, heck it could be the government itself..
