if it doesnt get to 3200 and we continue the bull that started in 2009 then i will be happy to enter at higher levels.
If this is a true bull market (like 2002-2007) and the action in august was just a blip then entering at higher levels is not an issue for me. For me the price falls in world markets in August was telling and indicative of a trend change. Of course only time will tell :)
