I have noticed the discount of XJO to XAO is reduced to 27 points today, from high of 128 on the 24th of June.
During the bull market from 2003 and 2007, XJO was traded at primium or slightly discount to XAO (Less than 15).
Whle at current bear market, XJO is consistently traded at discount to XAO.
If the discount is reduced to 15 points and stay, I think market will be bullish looking ahead.
