i suggested a little while ago
that the last year in a presidential year
is 'nominally' a good year but also said
there were 'exceptions' to that rule...

i know we differ on cycles and i know u dont like
hurst cycle analysis, but if i disagree with u its not
personal...

i know ur a fan of long term cycles and in particular
daniel ferrera, i know from a personal perspective
after playing / trying to forcast to far in advance
i found it very subjective hence why i tend to track
the 'vix' on a shorter term basis and use an'inverse'
psychology...

time will tell whether the vix can be predictable
or even cyclical but i believe it can be both
and very useful for timing or swing trading...

having said all the above im loving my holiday
in melbourne and looking forward to what unfolds
this year...
