Technically and fundamentally the S&P500 is going down. "Don't fight the FED" is an idiom, it has a phycological effect which runs out of steam pretty quickly before reality set's in.
How many trillions more is it going to take just to reach ATH's again? And what happens after?
The FED can provide liquidity to a large corporation, but it cannot provide solvency to a company that cannot meet their ever increasing debt obligations
