Maxi why use that low?

Under FSS rules, fib fans are plotted on a primary basis from the highest absolute value to the lowest absolute value, on the secondary fan the lead is then plotted against the 50% level


so on the example data below, chart 1 is step one - the lead points are the high of the 01/11/07 and the 17/3/08 low.

The second fan is then plotted from the same high however this time the lead is plotted against the 50% level of the original.
