If the AORD wants to go down in to the 707 degree Venus cycle 4500ish gives a good target.
Phi Matrix and PTVs give the same target. There are actually a few vibrations between the 18th to 20th July, so it may turn out to be important time. I've actually run the Phi matrix from 19th July which gives a fairly close hit on the matrix to the Nov and late April lows, which adds more strength to the July date. Could well turn out to be a high too..
