at yesterday's west point graduation, trump showed signs of the physical effects of what i suspect to be dementia, possibly brought on by a mild stroke. his twitter rants and slurred/at times irrational speeches possibly reflecting the mental effects. i recognize the signs having someone in my family suffer from this.



here he is back in may displaying something wrong with the same arm. also note the swaying.
