I've been doing intraday trading on the ASX200, focusing on reversals. I had a period where everything was going great. Then things started to go bad. Now things are going great again. Three lessons for me:

1. Stick to ASX200 - don't go for other indices, which are more complicated.

2. Stick to morning only because the leads and energy are clearer.

3. Don't over-trade. Just stick to strong moving days.

4. Don't jump in too early. Make sure the price has reached an extreme.
