I Like this bit, it appears to tie into Sornette Theories which suggest that when markets become super exponetial thats when the market is heading (high probability but not certain)for an imminent crash.

When the reality of price valuations (of anything) becomes unsustainable, real money pulls out = drop in demand."

In effect when you start to see (in general) IPO stocks list and continue to rise in price it is a significant issue of market stability because in reality there has already very likely been a super exponential rise in price.
