the hurst band turnig up is not
always accurate of a future cycle turn...
the indicator tries to calculate the future which
as you know is always difficult and can move
either way on a daily basis until a trend is
established...
and yes there is some historical significance
which has to be considered...
as i have suggested resistance has to be broken
at 76c for some sort of cycle turn...
