    Question is,

    Will a Eurobond come into play funded by investment tax/income tax etc to stabilise funding?

    Euro, all for 1 and all for fall.
    Didn't seem such a good idea at the time.

    Will the Germans and the French take it on the chin?
    What choices do they have and as usual behind the curve decisions don't help.
