I handed out a bleaahhh rating on the Jobs Report earlier today. Called it a fizzer.

Well - I might have been a bit hasty.

Looking deeper into it (thanks to Infographics and Intuit, Small Business Blog), there's some real promise in the report.

Trends in small business employment are generally moving up quite steadily. That's an important change in the fundamental picture of the American economy.
