I haven't had time or enough inspiration for DJIA Latin version, apologies - We'll see how we go when the writers block sorts itself - Maybe I should have read this thread earlier - lol.

And wading into the debate - I will say VSA is as much about PRICE (that would be the S in VSA) as volume and is very TREND (ie price direction) sensitive - so one maybe should understand the methodology before criticizing a straw man.

Also, like all methodologies, one can engage in bottom picking(or top picking) whether it be fibs, or pitchforks and yes VSA also has a bottom picking strategy - But they are ALL high risk - and if one does successfully pick a bottom, then it can be very rewarding - as it should be in keeping with the high risk undertaken.
Safer, on the other hand is picking the backtest/retest, the higher low, etc etc for the long side and with VSA we look for a sequence of strong or weak bars in the right place for our high probability trades - and sometimes the market gives it to us and sometimes it doesn't - you get that.

I'm also unclear if the criticism is BRAGGING about a successful long trade that one has ASSUMED us VSAer have somehow missed (we do trade different timeframes than just the weekly you know) - or if there is an insistence that higher prices are to come and one should just ignore volume and concentrate on price - Fortunately, I don't have to choose and I can tell you now, since adding volume to my price analysis, I have become more CONFIDENT in my trading.
