Merkel has not convinced the Central Banks NOT to stop printing money and the US are meeting next with Italy France and the ECB without Merkel present....
If I was to say who one this week....it would be Germany 0...Rest of the world 1
Somwhere in all of this mess there is a compromise which may be a more controlled debt structre with checks and balances....
Once that is sorted....then the bull will be back.....
The threat of going down to new lows next year is diminishing imo....
