Just got up. Had a few extra beers last night after the erasing of the ALP from Qld. I switched on late to the coverage (about 9 or whenever I posted here). I was stunned. I then had a wonderful dream where it wasn't a State but a Federal election. You can just sense the evny in the rest of Australia (except Tasmania) at how well Qld removed the dog turd from the sole of its shoe.

So, market rally on the cards on Monday? Or does the XJO hold for a Federal election?

PS Can you order a DVD of the coverage from Their ABC? Just replaying without sound that look on O'Brien's face..... priceless. And didn't Anthony Green find his personality and sense of humour!!! He'd better be careful or the luvvies will find a new analyst. That joke about the Tarago fitting all of Qld ALP.... the look on the face of that old fat bloke was just incredible.
