There are ASX majors that have been in steady uptrends for months with 20-40% gains and not a great deal of monitoring required, all well and good to be cautious of the end of the world, but isn't that why we use size limits and stops?
Alternatively long running shorts on many majors would also be similar amounts ahead...
Choose your prey, do some homework and pounce, it can be much easier and more rewarding than worrying about how to mesh half the world together peacefully and economically imo.
