USD Index could also be a lower double top, but they work a lot better at the top of the range rather than at the bottom (see LDT on DJIA daily in July 2011).

If you're feeling a little fear of the market, watch this kind of thing for an hour or so, and vids of base jumping etc, and you'll come back to the market with a new sense of insanity. If you just couldn't pull the trigger before, it may just do the trick :)
