Spot on-you could have not said it any better. The best form of trading is the mechanical one. You can use all the ‘bells and whistles’; that is sophisticated software, but at the end of the day, it’s planning...and staying with it, managing your risk, keeping it simple and PATIENCE. I have been there and done that-trading is not for everyone.
