I think as Chairman of the Fed Greenspan was a man on and with a mission. He accomplished it very well, setting the whole world up for upheaval.
So well, he was knighted by the Queen.
He's done the job, and the future is assured, so he can now speak truth and so salvage his reputation from destruction when what happens does happen.
The man was never a fool:he was just a prostitute/vassal for 'the rulers of the world'.... who are led by Rothschild.
