W, it lacks transparency and certainty and in the absence of both it's a human trait to assume the worst which is what a number of posters on HC have done. Its a simple management process...remove the fugg and uncertainty by making the involvement of Norton and Raging Bull and all future implications crystal clear so that innuendo and speculation is cut off at the knees.
I would certainly hope your final comment isn't true, that is "deliberate corporate ambiguity to maintain retail punter on the back foot"
