The info you state would price sensitive if it where true. What evidence do you have of this?
I am a bit sceptical as any changes to water courses and inflows/outflows etc is looked after by DNRM. Which i believe are monitoring the outflows now.
Happy to be wrong but I can't think of the "Water Authority" you speak of.
Honestly, do people honestly think that CRB has not checked what applications are required to get this running?
Remember this an AMENDMENT of an already APPROVED Environmental Authority as they have changed the location of the plant.
It is not a new application.
Please clarify thanks or I will take it as unsubstantiated info
