It’s mind boggling isn’t it? How to price this? I for one, could not imagine that the greatest accomplishment in medical history (vaccine for all cancers), could possibly result in a low share price of just $1 for any company that owns said vaccine. I don’t really know if what IMU has is going to be a vaccine to prevent all cancers but it may very well be a vaccine that goes a long way to assist in that, but can also be used to successfully treat all cancers. Not just treat but get rid of, eliminate, destroy, with extreme prejudice. It has to, otherwise it is not really successful is it?
The real issue is - Can IMU get to this stage with what they have? If the answer becomes ‘YES’ then I cannot think of a $ value that would be accurate in any way. The economics of it all from a revenue stand point is far beyond my capabilities. It would I guess also depend on how long it takes for other companies to ride the coat tails of IMU and get their own product out there to compete with what IMU has. That WILL be inevitable. Every single achievement to date by man that ended up a commercial enterprise, has been copied very soon after. Either by correctly guessing, or by intellectual theft etc. Still, IMU would have control for at least a short time to get ahead of the game before that happens.
The $$$ value of IMU if successful will become far too high for any big pharma to have a bite at, as @Taureanbull very wisely pointed out to me yesterday. If they do hit the ground running on the NASDAQ it will be a case of how high can IMU climb on the back of that future success if it happens?
Which is why, if there is an inkling that IMU is going to be looking at that pathway, I still hold the view that at least a couple of the big 10 big pharma companies will be fearful of losing their place on the ladder and may just try and take out IMU before it gets beyond them. They will have the bean counters and experts at some point doing their analysis of future projections once IMU is on their radar as a major future threat. That may just happen with a few more positive data announcements regarding CF33, Azer Cel etc. Guaranteed, someone in big pharma has seen and heard YF saying “CF33 is killing cancer.”
Anyway, I think I am going to kick back now for xmas and just maybe read posts. I have really enjoyed this year’s posters here, so many who are very knowledgeable and far better educated than me, but everyone who posts does contribute.
