certainly agree that a large SOI will not prevent movements in sp just affect how big or how small the rises will be. IMO this will go for the positive predictions as well hence my limits to anything over $1 within the next 12 months. Lot's to play out but if we ever hear the "cancer cure" words, then all bets for sp will be off.
