Seriously if these 'vine' reviewers were worried about losing their status based on fair appraisal they wouldn't comment after 2 days of use, they'd give it a fair go and then review. These reviews mean jack. They seem to be experts at everything if you look at their reviews, one guy for example Oliver DeMille, has expert views on kiddie's dump trucks and baby bottle nipples to coffee appliances, t-shirts, car dash, natural remedies, socks, Valentine's greeting cards, bath mats, chalk boards...blah blah blah....This guy has made 114 reviews in December alone...that's reviewing almost 4 products each and every day Surely the incentive isn't anything to do with products and adequate reviewing but some sort of quantity thing.
I give no credence to any of these reviews being a true representation of what the greater population will feel. P&G is a quality name, they are not going to trash their own reputation and they will already know very clearly what their customers will think.
