Been thinking about that. The norm in Asia has been to build up promotion in advance of the launch date. That may not be the best way to go about it in the US. It may simply be that when the campaign starts, P&G want to ensure stores are fully stocked. After all, if you manage to get someone interested enough to look for the product, you would want to make sure they can purchase instantly.
