Xmas gift idea - good beginners trading book

Hi Everyone,

Was hoping if the hot coopperers out there would be able to suggest a good book that covers the insides and out of getting into trading on line.
It is for someone who has no previous experience in trading, so preferably the book should cover the basics as well as explaining the need for only using risk capital, especially when starting out. Preferably it should also be tilted towards the Australian markets and have some good company research advice as well.
