Well, personally, I have very bad experience with broker advice.
I took advice from brokers only 3 times in my life and each time, back fired on me big time. I then decided that DYOR is the best. What's more, that's going back to before on line trading times, they had the nerve to charge something like 1.5% brokerage. Sssssh!
Well let's see even with FAR, if you had taken a broker's advice and took up the CRs, you would have been stung, twice.
On line trading and DYOR, that's the best I found, well. at least for me.
