xmas hols- wet season

I must say that I would not start work til after
Xmas now, what is the point of starting and stopping
for the xmas break and paying people for all the
hols.
Mind you this company is burning $2.5M every quarter
in admin costs so a few hols might not deter them from drilling before xmas.
My averaging price per share is about $2.. so I am
a buyer up to this price, got two margin calls on the
stock, so I think very few weak sellers left in this stock now. I think all the weak holders are gone now, so all we need is abit of vol. to move the price.
Likely only long term holders left.
This stock always drops at xmas. ? is that going
to happen again, or will they be drilling?
