Just in case anyone missed the earlier ann re the adjournment of the SGM to ratify the acquisition, here is the URL for the notice. What really gets me is that it took a shareholder at the meeting to raise this question in the first place....why didn't the chairman pick up on it and adjourn it himself...I bet he was the other side of the deal....
