Can't give a start date on the rig because it's currently operational for W&T Offshore, so the release date depends when it finishes for them, which should be approx late Nov....that's how it works.
According to Ensco Fleet Status Report 20 July 17 (here) she was supposed to finish up with W&T in August, but more than likely Enven had her longer than expected.
You can see from that status report that she was supposed to do another job for Ankor Aug to Sept, but looks like Ensco sent the E75 to replace her on that job, otherwise we wouldn't get the E68 til Dec/Jan.
At least it's working in the area so tow time will be minimal.
Probable location just look for Port Eads on a google map
