Yeh i'm not to sure if there is maybe a deal before Xmas or not ? The two most advanced discussions - one was pushed out until the new year however the other had the term sheets put to their External Working Group Committee in November & is awaiting their next move - almost into the 3rd week of December you'd have to think it's either very close, it's getting ammended or it got handed back ? I can't see anything getting handed back though given the time they've already spent in discussion & the very small contribution up-front. If it is the largest deal as has been hinted though it's probably quite likely they keep ammending points in the term sheets. Just hope it's either a week before Xmas or after mid January - Janssen was a great collaboration to sign but released on New Years eve when nobodys around it slipped through relatively unnoticed - not managements fault but a terrible time for the release of 2011's only deal.
