Hi milo!

After thinking about doing the no present thing for many years we are finally doing it this year. I can't tell you how much more enjoyable it is . Hubby has compensated by going all out with outdoor chrissie lights, unfortunately. I'm sure you can see our place from the coast.

I have been slowly painting our house for a couple of months now in sultry red, robin hood and viking grey, basically red and green. I think it looks great and we had a visit from out neighbour's grandchildren yesterday. The littlies thought it was so exciting to visit our christmas house. The youngest was convinced santa actually lives here.

We are having a roast dinner followed by pavlova and trifle. Distinctly unhealthy I'm thinking but it's only one day.
