Sounds true. Xmas CAN be a depressing and stressful time for some.
Was at Whitfords shopping centre the day before Xmas a couple of years back - the number of domestic altercations in the car park alone amazed me, not to mention the arguments in the shopping centre. Traditionally, all the women's refuge centres fill up over Xmas. So, despite good intentions, Xmas is NOT always a cheery site for everyone. Saw a pretty mum selecting a set of kiddies drums in the toy dept., and said: " Come the morning of Boxing Day, you're going to be sorry!" She gave me a wicked grin & said:" they are for my sister's son, not mine." Payback time?
