    To all the current and ex-UMC holders, your families and friends, I wish you a safe and joyful Christmas.

    I hope that you will prosper financially by taking the lessons learned from UMC into 2010.

    For me, the only good thing to come out of the $1.30 takeover is the fact that the POZ holdings will be transferred to BHP.
