You seem either too paranoid or naive [or both] in microcap investing to be investing [trying your luck] on small Companies like NewSat.
To be in it you have to [a] believe in the stock [b] see its potential [c] Research the Company and its Executive team [DYOR} [d] be prepared to ride the bumps.

There is no "normal" case. They are all different. It depends on what the CR was for. Was it just to feed the faces of the Directors - NO!. Was it purely money to keep the creditors at bay - NO!. Is the COpmany in trouble financially - NO!
It was to allow forward payments to Lockheed Martin for purchase of equipment as satellite build is ahead of schedule. That is good news. There was also an element of working capital as well.
Also, as said by many above the potential is great and the anticipated announcements imminent. These will push the SP up yet you choose to ignore all that information and only home in on the little bit of negative posted by jpimenta.
He/she could be right but all the preliminary signals point to a positive outcome.
Will such a small raising [thee are a number of large ones yet to come]have the effect of lowering the SP - NO!
DYOR then either look for something more suited to your temperament and investing knowledge or get on board for the ride.
Risk and reward are exponentially linked in small cap stocks. I believe though like so many others that the rewards with NewSat far outweigh the risks but DYOR.
