Yes see IVA may be unhappy about the deal.If I have got it right, they want all of the $175 million from Xstrata distributed. There is talk of $100 million going back to shareholders.
This was a golden opportunity for EXCO to retain sufficient funds to prove up and bring to mine one of their other prospects without having to chase development costs. We do not know what has or is going on behind the scenes with IVA and the deal is not a fait accompli.

Thanks for the advice re AOH. the point I was endeavouring to get across was the likes of AOH have to joint venture as they do not have the money to go it alone.
You mention that AOH is going mining. Could you please inform me why their price is so low. Do they have a large number of shares on issue. There must be a reason.
