IVA, from what I can understand, are not happy that EXCO is only wanting to return $100 million dollars out of the total sale proceedings to it's Shareholders. Not because of the sale to XStrata.

The IVA MD, who is also a Non Executive Director on the EXCO Board, has excused himself from that part of the deal, and has not participated in any of the discussions either.
They (IVA), have not stated, unless I missed something, that they aren't happy with the deal.
