    I agree with you comments. The EXCO Board and Management are no fools. So they either have to come up with a counterbid, or IMO, suck eggs.

    I am sure that the Shareholders will uphold/support the Management recommendations. IMO IVA wants all of the sale proceeds to be returned to the Shareholders, while trying to keep a collar on EXCO's neck.

    EXCO is still well cashed up anyway.
