COE states that the transaction is "transformational".
Do you agree?
And why?
At a superficial level, I thought that buying a gas processing plant for a gas producer wouldn't be transformational.
COE are likely to be under pressure in the short-term due to sub-underwriters get a bucket load of stock that they don't want.
