Hi Gloriana
Many thanxs for taking the time to let us know that the board has learnt nothing over the last 12 months, to provide no address from the CEO or the chairman is nothing short of disgraceful. I thought they indicated that there would be plenty of time for questions around each of the resolutions, certainly does not look that way.
Can you let me know who was actually present from management at the meeting.
