Have you lodged a complaint with ASIC yourself?
Many people have similar sentiments that ASIC should take action. But currently I know that myself and one other person has actually lodged a complaint. I had an acknowledgement of my lodgement. I sent them heaps more info but have heard nothing since. Maybe they are investigating, maybe not. However, London to a brick, if 50 LT holders who have lost money due to BOD behaviour lodge a complaint to ASIC, the complaint will be taken more seriously than if just two people complain. If anyone else has lodged a complaint, please share with us so we can strengthen our case....
