Is this is some type of fiction book you are reading ? I would think Technicals and Fundamentals have played pretty well in the last few weeks given every opportunity for all to buy at 3.0 cents - 3.2 cents and sell on the next news that was today....
Dear me.... well..... that 3.2 cents, IMHO will go too within days..... we might re-test 3.1 cents this week or the next IMO.
